The Carrera D124 cars can run on analogue tracks. Most basic slot car sets operate between 12-14VDC . The D124 motors are rated at 18VDC. And will consequently run a little slower if you haven't upgraded your power supply. If you need more advice on running D124 cars please call the shop 03-9796-3830
